actually that's the pipe after the pipe that connects directly to the TB. There's 4 pieces that make up my TB to IC piping.

The BOV is about 1/2 down stream to the cooler tho, almost touches the clutch hard line lol, and it'll be mounted on the side, instead of on top of the charge pipe...I don't want it all in your face lol. It'll be pointing on an upwards angle to the inlet pipe so I can recirc it, it's a nice fit where she's going, won't be able to see it at first glance too.

I'll post some pics tomorrow, since I want to double check my spot to mount it lol.

here's an older pic of everything installed but the BOV stuff, you can see the 2nd pipe after the TB pipe.

That car would look good with a full interior shampoo. The LX seat fabric is softer and easier to work with when pulling up stains with the machine vs. the base/SE harder type fabric. That old 323 of mine you were almost going to drive down and see was also a LX with the blue fabric. I wish I had kept the front seats, I made them look brand new...however they were really rusted to the floor.

Thanks man! I've already shampooed and scrubbed the rear seats by hand lol, I'm going to give it another try once the car is on the road, and use a professional cleaner on the cushion to get that one stain one...the fronts need it badly tho, but it's pointless to clean them right now since I'm always in the car with my work clothes lol

Are they as bad as my old 323? I swear I must have removed five plus years of grime. The sad fact is many 323/Protege's are now "beater status" rides so people don't care about keeping the interior in good shape. It gets so bad to the point where you need professional tools to get the interior looking right again because so much dirt gets compounded in the fabric, carpet and vinyl.

I recall it taking two and half hours to fully shampoo this tiny 323 so it looked good again. The shampoo water was dark brown afterwords, the worst kind. The flash from a camera also highlights dirt like nothing else - you can see how bad the passenger seat is a mile away.

ya i know, the cameras aren't forgiving at all with the blue interior haha, it's a bitch.

here's the backseat after I shampooed it, I'll see if I can find pics of my front seats.

EDIT: here's the lower cushions for the fronts

The backs still look as if they have something on them. I have often shampooed cars where they dry, and then a stain is on the surface of the fabric because I didn't quite pull it out all the way. The front bottoms look bad - I had to soak the hell out of mine and scrub them down with a citrus degreaser and brush. I shampooed almost everything on the 323 twice because it kept pulling out dirt.

When did you change the steering wheel?
And it has automatic belts? Are you chucking those?

Changed the wheel because mine had the twisties, also that wheel was free! I hate old Mazda horns with the center pad, they always give issues, I like buttons better lol, plus this is the same steering wheel as my 626, so I can keep an eye out for a leather 626 wheel at the wreckers.

Yea, the car has auto belts, it's from the US, so they all do. I'm leaving them for now, apparently insurance will cut me a break if I have them in the car lol.

haha thanks man, I want to get more done! But I need funds to continue lol, til then I'm just looking at it, or cleaning the same spot til I wear a hole in the paint (not like it'd look completely out of place lol).

Next on the list tho is to get that BOV pipe welded, and finish my outlet pipe and install my downpipe, so now I can finally hook up the turbo to everything and tune the idle lol, and try to move the damn thing!
