Ryan is right to a point, especially when talking about max power. Heat is energy. To get the most power, you'll want to run the hottest plug with the biggest gap you can run without causing catastrophic failure.
For your application, i'd say mimicking the plug that was in the stock BPT would be your best bet, but that's simply an opinion. Sticking with stock BP plugs at relatively low-ish boost and power levels would likely be just fine, but not a risk i would personally take on a street car.
Just my opinion, and no more valid than Ryan's.
That said... the MX6 runs ZFR6F-11s from factory, and i run an "8" heat range in it, gapped to .044" Ideal? Probably not. Safe? Absolutely.

the only reason you should move to a colder plug is when it becomes too hot that it starts pre-ignition.---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

run NGK iridium's stock heat range & don't re-gap them. if you have ignition issues, check your cap/wires/coil. these motors run well on a .040 gap under 16 psi---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

yep exactly lol, still not sure where my oil return gasket is either, no show yet for that. I still want to replace my oil return hose with something better fitting, and oil resistant lol, I think I have the OEM one still, and it's almost rock hard lol.
I should really take some pics because there has been some progress on the car
- glass sunroof assembly swap
- lower window trim installed (missing drivers front)
- BOV flange and recirc port have been welded (never going aluminium again at that cost lol)
- cut about 1/4" off the end of my downpipe's flex section (was binding on oem cat flange) and temp installed it and welded the new flange on to BOLT TO THE STOCK CAT PIPE the flanges I ordered couldn't have been any better lol.
-vac'd the inside of the car after the sunroof swap (headliner was holding in a bunch of **** lol)
Ooook, I'll take some pics tomorrow lol, didn't realize how much I've actually gotten done lol, sweet lol
so ya, I just have work on my outlet pipe, bolt in the downpipe, and somehow tighten the coolant banjo bolts on the turbo, they're sweating a bit might not be bad tho, but I know I can't fit a wrench in there or a socket lol, no room :S-Jack

OEM weighted shift knob installed
temp rear plate lights mounted, just screwed into the crash guard foam lol (waiting on the proper mounting bracket)
before
during
after
also went to my storage spot and installed the alt on the 626
