    did you do the lca's yet? like are they pretty easy to do

    looks liek jsut take the bolt off the balljoint, take the 2 17's off on each side and pull it out?

      NO i havent done the LCA's lol.. I might do them this week but I need to get my truck insured again before I can, I dont risk working on my car unless I have another mode of transportation... I do have the LCA's off a JY mx3 that I got all my swap **** off of... but until i get some unemployment coming in, I really cant swing getting another alignment and ****... and I need to get a diffent muffler.. the dynomax. sounds like ****.. it litterally farts during shifts.. its bad... i swapped to KL mostly for the sound and this muffler makes me hate it.

        lmfao lol look at the bright side i have liek a foot down pipe coming off the turbo and thats it lmfao

        i had ebay shorty headers, 2.5inch mandrel bent exhaust some sort or resanator and a corksport fart can

        was litterally THE best sounding KL car ive ever herd

        but were the LCA's hard to take off of the mx3 at the junky yard

          im going with a fartcan and we will see how it goes.. its a brand new 2.5'' exhaust with 1 resonator... bends are real nice.. not mandrel but nice smooth press bends. i got a hks hi power and a apexi n1 laying around but i dont want that style can on this car.. im gunna ebay up an obx HR12 for the protege and see how that sounds... looks good. but no the control arms were easy as cake t get off... exept the closest bolt to the outside on the driver side.. at the yard they set the cars up on 2 rims welded together... and the rim was covering that bolt the way the car was sitting on it... made for a fun time but i got em... im gunna get new balljoints when i do the swap too... and these bushings look alot better than my stockers.... about 80k less mileage ide hope so.

                  yes. the passenger side mx3 axle almost looks too short actually. you have to pull on the axle slightly to even seat it in the hub.

                    Awesome I've had this idea in my head to hybrid the mx3 stub and pro/scort axle shaft.

                    26 spline:
                    drivers side pro lx: 23 15/16"
                    pass side pro lx: 24 3/8"
                    28 spline:
                    drivers side mx3 v6: 24 3/8"
                    pass side mx3 v6: 23.4375"

                    According to that the pro axle is 1/2 inch shorter so if the pro shaft locks into the mx3 stub it should be perfect.

                    Also my bud Robert(sohc 1.8t) dropped a v6 in his pro and had that bind. He stuck the 4 bolts that hold down the mount(under the battery tray)under the mount then took 4 more and bolted it down. It lifted it enough to stop the bind according to him

                      In theory you should be able to make a hybrid axle no problem. Make sure both axles are the same cup style though, there is the one with the scallops on it and the round one.

                        thats weird casue i have mx3 axles and half shaft and im having more issures with my pass side axle and ****, driver side feels fine i dont feel any vibration or anything what so ever with it

                          when i had both mx3 axles in there my car felt like the wheel was gunna fall off when i got over 10mph... but now with the k-k-k-kia axle im good unless im tryna road race around some corners

                                i dont get it? i was told (From CP) to use the v6 MX3 axles ..so i brought the v6 26 spline LSD ones to suit my box and your know say its gona bind? on 1 side?

                                totally confused now

                                1 BP axle fits, if not too short
                                the other BP is far to long, cant even bolt to hub to the strut?
