Yes. I had a thought of taking the inner mx3 part(the part that slips in to the trans) and put the protege/escort axle shaft on it and see if that works. Not sure if the length or anything works though. I should grab that scort axle from shawn and see

Sometimes you have to make sure the C-clip gap is facing downward. Not sure if that's the cause

Replaced Driver side axle with 1995 kia sephia axle and it did fix the shake in the driver side wheel but the motor and trans still has a rock its rocks from side to side every now and then and not all the time??

Anybody got any ideas to what could cause the motor and trans to rock side to side moving the whole car?? could it be the passenger side axle??

Does this happen during acceleration? If yes, then it's your other axle

yes its mostly under acceleration does it really bad in second gear

had car up on jack stands in first gear when you turned hard left wouldnt really do it then when you turned hard right it would do it pretty bad but when you straightened wheel out it would start going away

find out car has a spudder at higher RPMS? thinking bout tieing the VRIS up to see if that fixes it

Little update about my brothers escort...this is a drag/street car..Car has been done for awhile and runs great but still awaiting clutch install..it didnt like 4k rpm launch on slicks. Car has been 8.8 @ 80 mph with clutch slipping entire track....with a 2.1 60ft, hopefully with a good clutch and a little less weight we can run 8.5s before the nos...and hopefully 7.8s on gas (75 shot)
