Update:: Cleaned it up added EDM MX3 Strut bar (Seems to be the same as a Lantis Type-R bar) changed the BOV to a Turbo XS RFL Type H. and a bunch of other things. so here goes.

I never actually had them with this car, and its always nice to have your stock wheels. So i got the opportunity to grab em and went for it.

How accurate is your fuel gauge after you changed the sender? Also, the car is duper clean.

How accurate is your fuel gauge after you changed the sender? Also, the car is duper clean.

Seems to be spot on, but Im now suffering from the right turn fuel starvation issue as early as just about half tank. With the 20yr old stock unit It wouldnt starve with the gas light on.
My only thought is that the filter sock didnt really seal well around the base of the pump, so its probably pulling fuel around the sock rather than thru it.

About the right turn starvation... I had the same problem too. I did pull out the fuel pump and adjusted the filter on there and stuck it back in there. Im not sure if its gone tho.

Looks great Tino - always nice to see such a clean EGT. I too had the fuel startvation issue once I replaced the fuel pump. Perhaps the filter never sat in the tank properly.

Okay, more updates.... Trying to go in order lol

VJ20 Crapped the bed, Blowing oil out of the exhaust, and spraying out of the blow off valve.

So I bought::

EMUSA Miata Turbo Manifold (T25 Flange)


Greddy 18G Turbo (Craigslist FTW! Look @ the VJ20 Comp Housing next to it lol)



Oil Feed Banjo Bolt -4AN adapter, Braided Oil feed line, Civic Alum. Half Rad, Slim Fan,
SR20DET Screamer Elbow(wastegate is completely separated and dumped to atmosphere) Napa Mandrel bent 2.5"od 45* & 90* bends



So while I was waiting to get some of this stuff in, I got some black 15" Maxxim Air's

Started the install::
No more baby VJ20! I went with the turbo facing that way just because I was concerned about the DP ending up too close to the Lower Rad Hose.



Fabricated the DP... Ended up cutting that Screamer elbow, using a bend from the old corksport DP then a piece of the 90% bend, and finishing it off with the flange that was on the elbow. I also had bought another flange to mate up to it.


I love my grille right now!!


I still need to figure out Civic Rad. Plumbing.. any suggestions let me know.. Im thinkin to just have the outlet relocated to the side and be done with it.

So what else do you have to do to get the MS running? Is it the pnp unit?

Any idea what you're gonna do for the intercooler piping for the turbo? Looks like it might take a couple hard bends to get it down where it was before. Shame it's not external wastegate, then you could clock the housing to w/e you wanted lol
