I got a 90* reducing coupler to go from the 2" on the turbo to 2.5".. from there I have one bend that I can rotate upwards, and end up with a straight piece of pipe to connect

Not gonna be any bracing on the mani itself, but the DP will be braced to the top left trans mount bracket bolt, Ive already made something up for this. Just need to weld it up and bolt it down.

Ive seen much worse/sh!ttier manifolds that lasted a long time with the DP braced to the engine.

E85 isnt too available around here.... so 93 octane is where I'll stay. Mike I'll definitely let you know

If your interested in doing a civic radiator you have to move the outlet to the side. If not itll be hitting the front motor mount. The only other issue is that the civic hoses are way smaller than the mazda thats why i went -16an. They are about an inch i.d. And worked with out a problem.

you can get some Civic rads that are 1.35" inlet/oulet now as well. Much larger than their stock hose size.

Not in your area, anyone who can tig aluminum pretty well can do it. Unfortunatly the guy who did mine closed shop and i suck at tigging aluminum.

Got the radiator done for free by my buddy corey, and finally finished it all up.. got a rough tune on it, just enough to be driveable... Saturday it'll get on the dyno and get tuned.
