Clock the turbo and get a tight 90 before the waste gate, use an FS radiator, and I bet it fits a pro/escort. In fact... Challenge accepted.

Yeah, Sorry Pat. I was talking for an Escort, since there is less forward engine bay in them. FS Probe rad or B6 MX3 rad would work perfect for an Escort that needs additional clearance up front, since you can tuck them under the core support of an Escort/Pro like the rad in my KL Wagon. The dimensions of my KL radiator, other than inlet/outlet, are the same as the MX3 B6 rad and Probe/626/MX6 FS radiator, so I know it'll work.

Hey Scott, I PM'd you a while back but I haven't seen you on much lately.
Anyways, I was hoping that you might be willing/able to take a few pictures of your front/rear spindles, to help others modify their setups accordingly.
I am personally emulating your project, but am hung up on the rear spindle modification. The fronts were incredibly straight forward, but I am trying to figure out exactly where to have the rear spindle machined down where it mates with the TTL.
Please get back to me on this, my car is sitting in the air until I figure this last detail out...

Hey Scott, Hope you don't mind me jumping in to answer a question. I have also done the probe hub/spindle swap thanks to Scott. Here's a pic of a mx3 hub next to a 1st gen probe hub that has been modified to fit.

I seriously can't find any images of the rear Probe spindle mounted on an MX-3... Do you cut the bushing and sleeve in half to widen the gap between the TTLs, or machine the lower portion of the spindle to accommodate the bushing and sleeve? I imagine cutting that sleeve and bushing in half would reduce the effect of the AWS, but I also know that the difference would be enough to accommodate the larger spindles.
Please let me know... I know that you've been busy, and haven't had a chance to get on for a while now, but my car is up in the air waiting for this information.
Thank you!
