The muffler I bought was too big so got that returned and have another one coming. This should make the job quite a bit easier. Pics when it gets here.

Finished this part of the project today. There are parts that I'm not happy with and would do different if I had it to do over. Over all, I'm done and glad of it.

I used a skill saw with a metal blade to make the cuts which worked well but none of the cuts were flush. I think my welds would have been a lot better had I been working with more uniform stock. A chop saw would have been so much easier. My welding got better as time went on but I still suck.

I'm also not too happy with my placement of the hangers. It looks hokey with the hangers welded to the bottom of the pipe.

Are you planning on running a tailpipe beyond the bumper? if not, you WILL have a melted bumper. I'm REALLY liking that particular muffler, as it looks to fit exactly perfectly back there! however, on my NA build, I'd rather have a chambered type than the straight-through of a magnaflow. But that sucker is perfect for a turbo setup!!

I already melted the bumper on my 91 by not extending the pipe out far enough. Lesson learned.
