When I installed my autometer mechanical gauge all I did was remove the OEM oil pressure sensor and threaded in the supplied npt fitting that I got with the gauge. It was a small fitting, iirc I used a 3/8" wrench to tighten it into the block. Don't forget to use pipe tape!
Also for reference, my oil psi cold when I first start up is 50-60psi, warm idle is 20, and cruising is around 30-40.-Jack

Yea i just went out and bought a set for the rear and new dust covers well a little update i got the rear buttoned up struts all done ready to go in disc swap just need to get pads and rotors pics up soon found some ugly car cancer on the frame so ill probably be keeping my eyes open for a clean shellLast edited by M323GTR; 02-18-2012, 09:25 PM.sigpic

whats everyones opinion on performance tires mainly for street and some track
on a side note the car is running again gotta do some axle seals driverside is leaking so thats next while i wait for my lappy to get back into my possesion gotta get them brand new rear rotors turned they rusted pretty good from sitting and goin to get a 3 inch exhaust from trubendz gotta do some overtime have a little baby boy now so hes top priority lol but the battery teminals are done just gotta do the last two engine grounds and street tune her lmk what you guys thinksigpic

well i got the inner tie rods done yesterday filled all the tires to get ready to hit the alignment shop sometime next week and gave the car a good blow job with the air compressor lol and today i got the boot cleaned out and looking half way decent im just waiting for my lappy to get back from the shop so i can autotune her heres a pic from today as she sitssigpic

I actually got to drive it to the gas station before it left me strandeD in the yard lol she drives good for a car that needs a tune except she smokes pretty good from sitting she needs to be bled again and brakes need adjusting in the rear it felt good to drive her again and she goes in for an alignment saturdayLast edited by M323GTR; 08-27-2012, 05:26 PM.sigpic
