    im going to use the kit, but i wanted to document what needs do so others do before they plop down money on a "bolt on" kit.

    I should also have pics from M323's car soon when he installs his kit. im trying to build up real bolt on list for our cars and better how to's

      smoke got his kit right before i did, his fit with out cutting anything. but the mx3 kit just has like 3 or 4 inch extensions on each side due to the longer front end.....

        with no disrespect to doug's buld as its one of my inspirations, but his intercooler sits way to low for my tastes.

          since this topic came up. one of the very next things on my list is a plastic filler panel from the bumper (bolted to it thru the GS lip holes) and the back of the core support.

            lol ya i really dont think he drove it more than a few times with the gtr ecu, so he never really got a chance to realise it was too low. i forget how he even attached it now, i know he removed the whole vertical support from the latch to the lower core support.... it also didnt look as low after the gs lip was put on it either now i think of it... he never did get to finish that car.... hell i never even got to ride in it ...lol.....

              Hrm. I bought Dougs kit from that car. And mounted it between the hood latch and radiator. Fit perfect. Sits on the radiator lower brackets. I may need to re-work the driver side as it is a little lower then I want, but still not lower then the crossmember.

                ya see thats what i mean, i dont think he ever really messed with it, he couldnt get the car to run right ever, then he found the rust..lol... ya i forgot you got that pox, still got the bov from the kit on it i gave him?

                  Yessir! haha thing was a mess. I had to throw a bottlecap in there to use as a shim and some locktite to seal it. Seems to work pretty good now. I just need to get my rear-end and exhaust settled so I can go for a test drive. (after I fix my vaf wiring issues)

                            Bad iacv valve, hacked alarm system, bad wiring to fuel pump, rust in ps quarter dougs old car now mine wasnt that bad. Little bit of love and she runs fantastic daily @15psi with the t bird hybrid, soon itll get the t3 60/63 i have and well see if we can squeek 300 out of the stock motor.

                                from what I remember, yea that engine has stock internals. Not familiar with the BP and boost?
