if i count only the metal added to the sub frame, it would be about 20lbs of steel. as i took out the spare tire area, and I only used about 18" longs sections of the Pro sub frame. That pic is the AWD protege frame rails welded over and to the MX rail. the pro rails were over an inch wider and 1.5" taller than the MX rails.
If i were to guess at how much weight I have added to the car, probably somewhere around 150-200 lbs in total with the trans and driveline and rear end.
