    Mazda 323F BG (Astina) 1.8 N/A project

Hi, my name is Jack and I'm from Poland.
I would like to introduce you to my Mazda 323F from 1993 (in Australia and New Zalend this model is called Astina).

    Engine modifications
swap from 1.8 SOHC to 1.8 DOHC
    bored cylinders
Y.C.P. high compression pistons (1mm oversize)
    Hastings Chrome Racing pistons rings
    custom camshafts
    lightened flywheel
    Ecumaster DET 3 piggy back
MAF -> MAP conversion and removing MAF from intake
rev limiter moved from 7300 to 8100
    2.25" exhaust with 2 mufflers
    Pacesetter 4-1 exhaust header
    Fujita air filter
    Intake Manifold Px3 Gasket

    Drivetrain Modifications
gearbox from 1.3 version (short gear ratios)
strengthened pressure plate (45% above the OEM clutch)
    DIY short shifter

    Suspension Modifications
    H&R lowering springs -0.35mm (about 1.4")
    KONI Special shocks

    Brakes
drilled and slotted front and rear rotors

    Exterior Modifications
Zender body kit (front and rear bumbers and side skirts)

    Wheels/Tires
    15" Autec aluminum rims
    195/50 R15 Yokohama Parada Spec-2 tires

    Performance
    168hp@6625rpm and 197Nm@5399rpm (on crank)

Times weren't measered on current setup. I only checked max speed:

Performance when it has 151hp (on crank), everything made on regular tires Toyo T1R

    0-60mph time by G-tech Pro:

best quarter mile ET: 15.182s (made on airfeeld not a drag strip)

    acceleration from 0 to 200km/h

And this is how it looks like:
