    Vicky's Heart Transplant:

So this is my First work log i hop i can remember to keep it updated.
as of right now im gathering parts what i have now.
Stock BP turbocharged with VJ20 turbo and GTX ECU 440cc injectors
what i have in the stock pile.
Manley conecting rods, wiseco Pistions .020" over. 10:1 compression ratio.(im a little confused whether they are 10.5:1 or 10:1. if they are 10.5:1 ill send them back and get a lower compression ratio)... i would also like some input on that and get your ideas. keep in mind Wiseco online cattalog doesnt list any 9.5:1 or 9:1 pistions. for me that would be ideal. any who I digress.
what i want in the future
After the brake in and more money has come my way, my hops are for a turbo of decent size and then MegaSquirt. Click image for larger version

10:1 ? on a turbo car , that seems like a lot of compression to me .. at least it wont be a dog out of boost ,lol. to bad no one makes head spacers for these cars like they do on the vr6 vw's you'd be set.

Ok back to the worklog. I got the wiseco pistions back that are -4mm dish instead of the +7mm
ground the rings and put the pistions and rods together and put the crank in with toga bearings .010" undersized, and ARP main studs.. now im playing the waiting game for a rod bolt strech gauge Click image for larger version

I don't see what's wrong with 10:1 pistons for a turbo, you'll make more power off boost an more power at a give psi, assuming we are comparing two motors that only differ in compression ratio. Honda guys run the piss out their turbos on stock blocks with higher compression than us all the time.

10:1 would be ok, but those pistions are 10.5:1
