Air intake question *As if there aren't too many already*

Alright the air intake kit(Cone Filter, Adaptor Plate) I ordered from corksport is supposed to be on my doorstep tomorrow. I know i'm supposed to take out all of the old intake stuff like the stupid plastic running around everywhere... then what, the little trap door on the MAF will be exposed then won't it, what do I all have to do to install this? I do plan on getting a 90 degree bend and running the filter into the fender area sometime later this week as well as make my own tubing after the MAF but I got that info from www.mazdaracer.com

Sorry if this question has already been asked, no time to search for it....

Thanks for looking and hopefully for some information.

I got it all figured out, the filter was a little bigger than expected, so its kind of a tight squeeze.... Made custom mounting brackets so the MAF isn't just floating there as well, now all I need to do it get that 90 degree bend down pipe and move the radiator overflow tank to the other side, as well as replace the hose after the MAF and the intake is done!

There was a difference in sound as well and I like it!
