    Protege/GTX Injectors

I need to know if the GTX or the Protege Injectors are low or high independence. I just bought 4 550cc RX-7 Turbo 91 injectors with the oval plugs for my Project Protege.

I need this information because I don’t know if the injectors will work for my engine.

By the way I have the BPT GTX engine using the factory BP01 ECU.

BP GTX injectors are high impedance

The RX-7 injectors will fit directly into the Protege fuel rail with the proper connector. You'll most likely need at least a s-afc if you want to get the most of them. They won't work that well with the stock ECU.

Well I also have a S-AFC, but because I dont know how to hook up, is still in the box.

Do you know what are the wires to hook up the S-AFC?

Do a search. This has been covered before, so you should find all the info needed.

If you get the proper injectors, they are a direct swap, no new plugs, maybe just o-rings...im using then now with a S-AFC-II...looking for part number.

"89-91 13B NT high oval center 460cc red 195500-2010" are the ones im using, they are high impedance and are a saturated type injector.

Here is a pic, not mine, just one I found.
