New clutch

Hi,

I`ve done the BP swap but still uses my SOHC (1.6l) tranny with it. My clutch is slipping a lot so I need it replaced. Do you have any suggestions to what I need or should use? Don`t wanna spend a whole lot, but need a better clutch....

Oh, what is the specs on the clutch I need? The DOHC clutch doesn`t this I know, but can I use a clutch for like other cars manufacturers as long as the diameter on the clutch is the same?

you can't use the DOHC clutch.
You would need the DOHC flywheel and Tranny.

You can use a 1.8 SOHC clutch, whic is for the protege.

or just get an exedy stock replacement.
