    here's the headers that a friend of mine tack-welded up, before giving it to a better welder to do the final TIG welds.

    These are for his one-off 1MZ -> Toyota Spyder swap... has some funky bends to get around the oil filter.

        it's not that hard if you take your time, and work slowly. I watched him fab them up in his shop, while I was installing some other, less-skill involved stuff on the racecar.

          i was thinkin about it at work. I was thinkin should i just replace the gasket, and get the head pressure tested, and sell the motor whole. or just part it out as is. Or swap in the internals pistons - cam shaft - lifters. Only thing keeping me from swappin the internals is the fact that i just replaced the piston rings/head gasket about 2 months ago. And i dont really want to go back in there again, even tho it was easy. Or just keep it, and finnally be able to build a motor from the bottom up for turbo, which i have been wantin to do for the longest.
