According to my Anger Management Counselor, after 26 weeks of anger management class, I should be an expert when it comes to Anger Management...tell that to the guy who threw a starburst at my car in rush hour traffic...haha

I think the only headers available for the 1.6 SOHC are custom made. I don't believe any one ever produced one. I can't see why they would have.

          http://www.festivamotorsport.com sells a B6 header.

My buddy has the same motor you have in his Festiva and we put a header on that mofo. You have ot drill a couple of holes though...i detailed that on my festiva page: http://www.projectmazda.com/festiva/

Here's a pic of the header installed...it was originally painted blue, but the paint kinda burnt off:

was there an issue with the throttle cable? too short maybe? shouldn't it be routed the opposite way, closer to the passenger strut tower....

Thats interesting like I said earlier I didn't even think anyone would make one.

Wil after looking at your page it made me wanna go get a festiva and throw the 1.6 DOHC in it, maybe even a boosted one, that would be pretty sick. Either that or throw a BP into one.

hehehe, my buddy owns the car now.

We are getting rid of that 323 motor too. He's getting a 94+ MX3 B6ZE (dohc 1.6) with mazdaspeed camshafts & mazdaspeed 10.5:1 compression ratio. It uses MAF too which is a huge plus...it'll be pretty fast after that

most respectable exhaust shops can piece together a full cat-back exhaust for your 323 for around or under 350, including meineke
