BP-T is bucking under hard acceleration

i can wind out first gear boosting 10lbs no problem... however it bucks under hard acceleration in 2nd and 3rd gears... and im assuming 4th.

my exhaust isn't connected... it dumps out the back of the downpipe. could this be causing it?

My plugs are good and wires are new.

ideas?
