check/clean your batery terminals, and or maybe your power wires going to the fuse box, the starter, and alternator, my car had a cold starting proplem at one point when i first got her, i changed out the wires, which i found to be deteriorating and full of that acid build up, and after that, cold morning starts and warm starts were pretty much all the same.
