      what is so hard about getting the right ecu for the bp engine. instead of spending more money on an AFC, just run the 2 extra wires to the VICS and the Disty and your done.

      You can get the ecu from someone with a spare for cheap. Why not just buy the right ecu and wire it up.. It will take you no longer than a half hour to do ..

        I'm running my gtx engine on my bp ecu and the plug for the vics is not plug and i never have a check engine light.

          that would be an anomoly. but if you have a wire in the wrong spot your car could be sending voltage to VICS pin.
          When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?
