      Don't take offense to this because that's not my intenion, but from your questions you need to either do more research, or not attempt it. After all the input everyone has made, you're still asking "how hard would it be". That's a very generalized question that no one can answer without knowing your knoweldge of these cars (assumably little), your knoweldge of cars in general, the amount of time, and the number of tools you have.
      Current Cars
      2003 Nissan 350z. Touring Edition, Pike's Peak White and dark tint. Some audio work. Twin turbo swap and more audio work over the winter. Wheels and springs this winter.

      1994 Mazda Protege DX. DOHC swap in progress. Sold due to a move
      1992 Mazda Protege DX. BPT (GT-X) swap w. Haltech & MSD. Sold before it saw the road

        where are you located by the way? Maybe someone is local and would be willing to help you or at least talk you through things if you come accross any problems
