    clutch adjustment

is there a way to adjust the clutch feel or engagement point, and if so, what is it? my car feels like the friction point is with the pedal pushed almost all the way in, and i am trying to get a little stronger feel (without changing out the clutch yet) on the pedal. hopefully this makes sense, it is a bit difficult to articulate exactly what i am trying to do.
A little over a decade & 13 or so cars since I have started driving & working on my own vehicles, and I find myself not too much better informed than when I started......

You can adjust clutch pedal freeplay, but it sounds like you need a clutch.

Yeah, i am pretty sure i do need to do that as well, will prob. change out the cv axles @ the same time, as one is starting to pop.. just for the sake of knowledge, how would i adjust the play on the pedal?

behind the pedal, you loosen the nut and twist the rod/hydraulic line in or out to adjust engagement. Really does make a difference, i suggest u try it, take a wrench when u go out to test so u can adjust it. Lates.

Be carefull not to over-do it, I've have the slave cylinder go too far out and killed a seal.
