What'd the dyno show your AF doing?'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

the wiring is in the VAF i believe, you'll have to search around. I'd post in the forced induction section if i were you. You're definately hitting boost cut. Have you tried adjusting your VAF?

It sure sounds like boost cut (which is the vaf cutting the fuel because of the rush of air). But if you are using the stock vaf I dont see why it would cut. Look up rx7 vaf and there is some instruction on how t adjust it.Mx3 RS,BP-turbo

if you floor it in 4th and 5th without a ported wastegate and have a free flowing intake and exhaust you will hit boost cut
my boost is 11psi all day no controller but when im just cruising in 4th and try to floor it i hit boost cut
the car will feel like it bucks and you have no power right?
