    shimming oil pump

    I've seen Ryan (bpt323) talk about shimming the stock oil pump to raise pressure...I've seen him use 3 1/4" SS washers he had in a block in his kitchen lol.

    Does anyone have any pics or specifics for this procedure? I'm not sure what size or where these spacers go.

    IIRC there's a cotter pin that you remove then put the washers there and install a new cotter pin.

        I did it with the 3 1/4" SS washers and it's the perfect psi per rpm
