    bp52 head code

    I called a local wrecker last week about a spare engine to have on hand, he finally got back to me today and said the head code was bp52. he mentioned that he pulled it from an mx3 and knew it wasnt the correct motor for the car.
    Any ideas what its from?

    I have seen BP-05-2... maybe thats what it was... most did have some extra #s

      Yea your probably right, though i think im still going to go check it out.
      I just bought one spare, maybe ill buy a second.

        My BP head was stamped BP05-7-2, this was from a 1997 second gen though.
