Doing a b8 into a Festiva few ??

So i will be dropping a b8 into my festiva here in the next few weeks. I have a few questions.

HP is 103 I know that. I'm wanting to do a few things to help bring it into the 130-150 range. What are some opinions on the easiest and cheapest ways to do this?

the sohc will never see that much power n/a. the auto will just sap more power out of the situation as well

one off custom turbo setup will get you there..more work and fab than what its worth imo.
