I was under the impression that adding the SRD ones just increased stiffness the same way solid motor mounts do and it's not like you would start breaking stuff... Maybe I missed it but did someone clearly state the benefit of this and how they compare to OEM and SRD?
I'm interested in 2 sets...

I did sort of answer your Nylatron versus Delrin question already in post #103. Basically, they are interchangeable with Delrin seeming to be the most commonly used material in aftermarket suspension bushings.
2-piece bushings are exactly that, there is a piece above and a piece below, sandwiching the crossmember. From a previous post, it sounded like the SRD bushings had the crossmember resting directly on the metal washers in the front and ??? in the rear.
These would basically be improved versions of the SRD bushings with the same benefits they had, i.e. less movement, stiffer, etc. I have not read of anyone breaking things with the SRD bushings, so I don't think that will be a problem, but please correct me if I am wrong.

First set done
Pretty much finished the first set today other than forgetting to turn down the second aluminum sleeve. The stainless washers are a pita and I might look into getting them water-jet cut in the future. But for now, I have enough bar stock to make ~50 washers or so.
Off to Ryan in a few days and once he gives me the go-ahead, I'll start a batch of them.
