    Traction problems after building motor?

Hey im just about to recieve the bpt motor for my 323 hatch.. And i was wondering. If i will have big issues with traction after building the motor. Cuz with the stock single cam 1.6 that **** spins tires for a while. So will i get better traction if i do the whole awd conv. Or can i leave it fwd and get tires rated for better traction and solve the problem?

What do you mean by "built"? If it's a bpt motor, then I assume you're talking about the one that comes with a vj-20? If so, you won't really have traction problems with that trubo. Sure, 1st gear will be useless, but even 2nd gear will still not spin that badly with a good set of tires. And yeah, like bogaut said, get an LSD. That will help.

AWD conversion will be a lot of work. Best way to do it is an LSD and better tires.

        Or less power

Doesnt the stock tranny have an lsd already? Or is the vlsd from the rear diff?

just as any FWD your limited per traction.

              LSD
              Spherical bearings
              Traction bar system
              Good tires

              ^those are your "improvement options"

Lol hell no i dont want traction control. I know how to maintain the grip but a little help from an lsd or better tires or a trac bar will be fine

Should'nt have started off with a bpt motor if your after a 400+motor really.

Well you should see what us puerto ricans come up with to build motors lol we got our ways with imports and we actually get what we shoot for out of them.
