idle should raise when you unplug the iac. that part appears normal. test the resistance

idle drops with iac plugged in and loopy idle when car is warm . idle stays high when cold( proper )
when car is warm - unplug iac and idle goes up and steady .
the idle off rev is brutal . almost stalling @ lights ect
