Then you better have 2 things.....another car to drive while this one gets the whole conversion done......more than 3000

And if you're doing a Rwd conversion just buy a ls1 camaro. You can get them for 2000-3000. There's all the motor/drivetrain parts and that would fill your HP needs better than any bp.

450hp to the wheels.

thinking of a 300 shot maybe two different 150 idk yet

but my goal to to break 500hp with a bp.

tend to be the type that dont get very far, not saying you are this type of a person but its a slippery slope and the locals are going to call you out on aspects of your build that you havnt researched if your going to make ambitious claims.
its not that they are personally attacking you, but if you are a bull****ter waisting time, they will know lol.

Wasn't there a miata on here a while back with a BP that was like 700hp?

And usually the ones who will ACTUALLY build a BP for 500+ hp, don't need to ask how to do it, just my 2 cents

My auto holds up fine for the most part. Level Ten high stall torque converter, external tranny cooler, shift kit, stronger clutches, reworked valve body. Some tire smoking good stuff.

that miata didnt last long. I was reading about it and the crankshaft mains popped.

You want those numbers outta that engine you will spend a great deal more than three grand. You will need the stroker kit from FM. Almost 5k all by itself. Shortcuts there are none. Look...my engine is doing somewhere around 320 whp. That's lets see now carry the 1, um quite a bit of hp/liter. 500? Hmm. Doable but a grenade with the pin pulled out. Maybe last half a dozwn passes...
