the escorts have the bumper add-ons too, rite?
i've heard abt them, but havent actually seen any pics of them.

what do you mean by bumper add ons? like front lips? full bumper covers? because the kit from andy's auto sports is just a bumper cover. meaning it just goes over your stock bumper. but the side skirts are a full replacement.

as for front lips, i used a front lip from a 91-96 mercury tracer LTS on my 93 EGT bumper and made up some aluminum sides because the lip is about 3 inches to short on each side.

but i've seen lots of people made 2 bumpers into one with little struggle...pm me if you have any questions.

oh yes, its the same thing. bumper covers = bumper addons, i just didn't know the actual name.

if your looking for a bumper cover for your protege....i dont know how well the escort bumper cover would fit. the reason for this is just because the bumpers themselves are interchangable, doesnt mean they are the same specs/size...i know the EGT bumper sits a lot lower and is a lot wider that the protege's...but the proteges could resemble the escort basemodels or LXs.

worst case you'll have to go out and buy an escort bumper and install it on your car before you add on the bumper cover, unless you can find one for a protege.
