How do I do it?
Looks like there are two screws at the bottom of the panel, but I don't see 2 at the top.

2 at the bottom, there's a square cover to the right of the steering wheel below the black trim/vent panel, and you have to pop the side of the dash part out. Also have to use a 17mm wrench on the hood pull.
