I took the doors off an Escort wagon (basically the same thing) with the fenders on. Although I didn't need the to reuse the doors so I kinda bashed up the hinges in doing it.

pull the fender off first, there are 3 bolts on top, 1 in the front under the headlight, 1 on top tight where the mirror meets the fender, 2 on the bottom and 1 nut in the middle of the fender, you will have to take the plastic splash sheild off for this one. once off there are 4 bolts holding the door on, before taking it off remove the wiring harness going from the door to the body, it has a push tab on the sides-top and bottom, next pop the pin out of the slider in the middle of the door, remove the 4 bolts and youre done. it took mr about 20 minutes to remove the doors, fenders, splash sheilds and front bumper. just be careful of the bolts on the bottom of the fender, dont break these.

Front bumper is easy. Remove the headlights and grill(2 screws on each corner lens, 1 screw on grill plus clips, 4 bolts on each headlight bracket), then look at where the bumper mounts to the frame. There are 3 studs from the bumper on each side. Before removing the nuts, there's 2 screws on each side of the bumper, 1 right at the fender, one at the bottom down from the fender. Remove those, then remove the 3 nuts on each side, pull forward and off the car. Piece of cake.
