I Have 92 Pro Lx How Can I Fix Driver Side Seatbelt It Got Stuck And A Cable Was Hanging Out So I Cut The Cable So I Was Wondering How 2 Fix It Or Already Messed Up

I had to do this in my Protege a while back, it's not much fun but pretty easy once you see how it works. Be careful with the interior trim, it likes to crack.
