need help with mounting front bumper

hey, i have a 1990 mazda 323 hb and i picked up this front bumper. problem is i can't get it to mount since i never got any of the hardware. as well we have bumper support bars but there is no way this will fit behind the bumper since it is basically sitting on the frame rails. does anyone have pictures on how this mounts to the car, i am thinking there are mounting plates but i don't have any pictures of them. if someone can show me how it goes on i would really appreciate it, thanks.

You should be able to use the actual bumper that was on your car and screw this support to it with all the clips.

To mount the JDM bumpers, you have to take your crash support bar out.

Secondly, there are flat head bolts and snap into the bumper. You will either need to track these down or make your own. There are 3 on each side, for a total of 6. Then there is the screw that goes into each fender.

Fairly straight forward. Post pics if you're still having problems.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

Wait, JDM cars don't have an actual bumper at all?

I am putting one on my car as we speak . And there isn't any crash bar for the JDM bumpers .. its basically just a plastic bumper cover .

I like your headlights.. what are they off of ??? A Mirage or BMW . did they bolt up to the stock mounts or did you have to modifiy they to work ?

i have all 3 JDM bumpers, and they all bolt on the in the same way. none of them use a crash bar. the GTR one has a re-enforcement bar in it, but uses the same mounting bolts/locations for all.

I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

actually it helps to keep the whole thing stable and from sagging cuz it's heavier than the other bumpers. it runs between the two frame rails and then down to the fog lights. so yes, it supports the fog lights, but helps with the rigidity of the bumper also.

they are mirage headlights, it took about a hour to mount them. i kinda figured the bumper just bolted up but i had to cut the bracket on the end of the frame rail so it would sit in the right spot. i wasn't too sure if there was a mounting plate that was supposed to come with the bumper. i'm just getting around to repainting the car again since i took it apart over a year ago, had the whole car together then it was getting parked so i could drive the mx3 and never had a chance to finish it untill now. now i can put all the mx3 stuff back into it.

well it looks pretty straight forward but the bumper was chopped up alot for a intercooler kit from the guy i bought it off and the mounts even look a little rough. i think i'm going to weld a little flat bar with 2 bolts to run from the bumper thru the frame rail mount. i might as well make a support bar to run across the frame mount points to act like a bumper support just in case it get hit in the front. here are a couple of pics to show the condition on the mounts on the bumper itself.
