Door seals/weatherstripping?

Hi,

Does anyone know the part number or description for the door "trim" that go on the outside of the door, next to the glass on the window on both sides? It usually is coated black but after time it peels up and is sorta chrome looking?

How do I replace that or make it look nice again? Suggestions or recommendations welcomed!
