    its not muc different from fiberglassing I think. The only problem there is going to be is the curves on the hood, you have to use one sheet and make it conform to the curves and stuff....

      Kevlar is far lighter and durable than carbon fibe

      trust me, I've worked with both and also fiberglass

      go with kevlar if you're going for weight

      also, never sand kevlar composite unless you have something to sand into on top(extra epoxy or my favorite, a layer od fiberglass on top)

          It probably wont be finished for a little bit longer.....I dont know make an offer I was kinda kidding, but who knows I have always wanted the Carbon Fiber Invader, and now they finally make one. Maybe in a couple months I'll throw it on ebay or something. I will warn you it is a bit heavier than the stock hood. Added maybe 20 pounds.

            i dont mind im planning on a turbo in the future.....i can shed 20lbs somewhere to compinsate......i dont want to make a retarded offer so what do you think is a good price for it?
