HELP!!! Front Bumper Repainting

FYI, if your bumper paint is chipping off like dog****, then that basically means your bumper was repainted meaning it was in some kind of major front-end collision.

Dunno if you knew your car was or wasn't in any accidents when you bought it, but the OEM paint shouldnt' chip to holy hell much at all.

Just because the bumper was re-painted does NOT mean that your car has been in a major accident. It could have been someone running into a shopping cart and just didnt want a big scrape down the bumper. And if it was re-painted correctly, it will not chip up.
