Yes, Neal is Neal Tovsen. Katie Lacey, his girlfriend co-drives with him in SML at big events and locally in SM open.

This year in Kansas, they also had Scott Hoffman, a 3rd gen Protege owner, co-drive with Neal in SM open to take up some of the costs of the trip out there.
