    cluster swap

yes i searched for this but it didn't yield anything from what i used as a description. so here is the deal im getting a 323 hb this week as a parts runner/get me around when things are not 100% car seems the gtx is having issues. can i swap the tach cluster into the none tach cluster car with no issues? i know the escorts with out it it will not work. it needs rewiring or just and after market oen slapped in. i just want to know so i can buy a cheap tach or just swap out a cluster from the JY for the same price.

    thanks

    according to this topic:

    yes, you can swap in a 92-94 protege dx gauge cluster w/ a 6k redline, or a 90-90 lx cluster w/ a 7k redline.
