My Car Is Gone For Good!!!

Yesterday I was involved in an accident with a F150 travelling down the road in the wrong lane and he hit the front of my car at over 40mph when I pulled out of the parking lot!! It is gonna be counted as totaled as soon as USAA goes to look at it. Anybody wanna purchase parts off of it?? It has 112k on the BP motor, newish clutch, good tranny, prettymuch most of the bolt in parts are good, but there is minor frame damage up front and the radiator is blown and the front clip cosmetics are mostly gone. I'll post pics soon, is anyone in the SA area looking to sell either a Pro LX or a MX3?? Need a car soon, I will lose my job if I cant drive, I need something cheap soon, I am turning 18 on Wed so I dont have a ton of cash but I can get a loan if I need too!! Thanx guys!!

pics soon, I need to get the camera out of the truck, my mom has it!! Well my back is pretty much screwed it has been spasming all day and I had to work for 9hours standing on a concrete floor in work boots!! Umm the hood is bent in half the radiator is partially crooked and under the block, the left front crash support is bent down and the right fender is gone, the bumper is ****ed and the lights a done, no more grill, no air meter, broke the distributor, ****ed up the driver side door, it doesn't shut right and bent the right front rim!! Thats a good list of the major stuff!! And that asshole had the audacity to yell at me and then he left when i said I was calling the cops!! What a ****faced mother!! I hope I can buy back the car from USAA for like $500 since I found a V6 MX3 I can put the BP into!! The MX3 will only be $500 from the JY, it smokes so prolly the valve sare going bad, does that 1993 MX3 have the 1.8L V6 or the 2.5L KL-03, but I am still waiting on the insurance company!!

Heres the damage to my baby!! Well if POOP still has that silver 323 the Pro LX guts will live on in the 323, can anyone say boosted 323 BP?? I am trying to take this positively, if anyone else knows of a 323 or Pro LX in the San Antonio, Austin, or New Braunfels areas hit me up. Oh yeah, you might wanna contact a lawyer-seriously.. 'cause the guys insurance is gonna lowball you, and you do have back pain, which needs to be documented.

i agree... people dont seem to understand now adays that when it seems like your being jerked around, you probably are... and its not something where you just call them out and they bend over and are like "ok you got me", no you have to FIGHT for it, but ultimately you deserve the money, GO TO A DOCTOR an DONT let them off the hook... my cousin got in a fender bender a while back when he tried to trap a punk teenager in a cult de sac he had a bunch of other stupid teens in the car that were throwing waterbaloons at people. they hit him as they tried to get around him (he was blocking the road) his back didnt feel real bad but he still went to the doctor, the x ray showed a cracked vertebra (sp) and the doctor said it was most likely caused by the accident... hes not sure how much hes going to get the insurance companys are still fighting, but its going to be quite a bit.

you are entitled to quite a bit of money, the doctors bills, pain and suffering, and my cousin (not the one i was talking about, his younger brother actually) got in a slow headon with some people my aunt was driving... they offered him 200 buck and he ended up walking away with 2k (no joke not 1890 or almost 2000 it was 2000) for time that he could not live like he was, he was paid the 2k because he could not live like before the accident for the next 1 1/2 weeks so his time resting at home recovering (playing the computer and watching tv ) was paid for.

especially if you miss work (have to call in sick) you i believe are entitled to FULL compensation for missed work.

Well today I spent 6hours at baptist, and they were surprised that I wasn't in a ton of pain, my back is really FUBAR, they said to get it normal it is gonna be like 4months minimum, CT on my brain and 12 X-Rays all went to my insurance company. Apparently that truck that hit me is not even paid for yet, we called the insurance company, Lonestar auto, and beleive it or not it really does exist and they do have a 2001 F150 with the same VIN that I gave them, however it is owned by a company. So here comes the legal battle. **** I have bad luck, first my car gets broken into and they take all my audio stuff and now it gets totaled, everyone tells me to get a truck, I just cant do it, this was my first car and I think I will be a mazda owner for life!! I think I am going to just tow the car and put it in my driveway, find a 323/ Pro LX or worst case scenario, Escort GT and start swapping parts. L8TRZ guys

that sucks bro. sorry to here about this. glad your cool. f150s suck. i got t-bone by one last year that ended my first pros life.

company truck=$$$$$$$$$$$$$ get a good ass lawyer. you will have quite a bit of medical bills to pay.
