I bought my 323 March 07 with 329,000km for $250, now has 362,000km on chassis, 315,000km on recently swapped B8-ME, 4th engine, 3rd clutch, 3rd tranny. At least I knew how the car was treated before me, badly.

When I got my red Lx it needed a bumper, f&r as well as a hood, I found a gray DX in a j/y and I can relate to how you may feel. I've made many upgrades but no radical mods.

I rolled up 198,k over this past week.

In less than 2k, I plan to ground this car and begin refurbing it for highway use. An engine transplant, clutches, brake lines, coil over struts, left drive axle.

I love driving this car, it's just plain fun. Parts are available thanks to Ford/Mazda. It's all paid for. No vehicle payments in over 3 years, I'm loving it.
