My auto DX lasted a bit over 200k miles before I sold it, it's supposedly still running these days so I'd say it's safe to say it went to 210+k

My 323 I sold went to 250,000 on the original drivetrain

My escort is at 195,000 with the original tranny and a newer motor.

I bought an LX-E back in November. It ran so well I didn't bother checking mileage. I put on a good TPS this weekend and HOLY CRAP, my car has 305,000 miles. The tie rods are bad but other than that it's very solid. The guy I got it from has owned it since 95 when it only had 25k on it. All original except front bumper and hood, which got backed over in a parking lot.

Wasn't the auto tranny I figured out - it was a misfire due to bad plug wires. Replaced them and she's back to running like a top.

keep a check on the oil level regular, never over fill it, just over the low mark by 1/2 qt to full, and the smoke will clear after start quicker. Especially if it's a daily beater.

Every other oil change use a qt of Lucas oil stabilizer. And it love baby!

The biggies to these cars are the 80,000100k timing belts, water pumps and tentioners replaced.

If I'm wrong on this I'm sure someone will clear this up.

Just changed my oil today. At Valvoline. -2 degrees and no warm days in sight, I otped to sit in my Pro and let the greasers looker over, all was good even passed emos. test. 198,532. mi.

My tenative goal is to eval the pro LX at 200k and refurb all worn parts to date. Chassis parts, calipers, coil overs and struts. Engine; at the least change the water pump and timing belt. Change the tranny fluid and Pws fluids, as well as brake lines and such.

Man, if something happend to my Pro LX, I'd have to find another one.
