    No Headlights...

the past weekend my mom and i switched cars and when i picked up my car from her my headlights no longer worked. the corners come on but the the headlights. i looked at the bulbs and they don't look like they are burnt out. and when i turn the lights on in the car i don't hear the relay tick under the dash.

anyone have this problem? also, how hard is it to get at the headlight relays?

one last thing, i checked the fuse too and it was good.

Check under the hood driver's side... relay is probably shot

where is the relay under the hood? not in the fuse box. i'm thinking that its the switch in the car but i'm not sure. it turns on the corners but not the headlights. i'm at a total loss here

yeah... that is where it is...sorry I meant main fuse....headlight relay is on driver's side under dash...another thing u may want to do is check those halogen's again... see if when u pull on the hi beam switch, the hi beams come on... if they do, then your low beam bulbs are fried. if not then yeah go to the fuseblock under the hood... driver's side a little black box on cover it says Head 30. if u need to, switch it with another one to see if they come on...
When I bought the GT, I thought something was amiss as well. both head lights weren't working... I had hi beams... checked the bulbs and sure enuff both low beams were burnt.

hey, i checked the relays, nothing, changed the fuse even though it wasn't burnt out, nothing. my brother and i tested the bulbs in his pro and they work. the DRLs don't work either, i can hear the relay tick when i raise the handbrake too. and when i throw the switch into the high beam setting the blue light in the dash doesn't even come on.

i really would like to fix this myself and not have to pay someone to find the problem for me.

alright, so after looking at anything that has to do with the head lights, turns out the wire that runs from the fuse to the, whatever it runs to, not the battery side; was burnt off. so i fixed that **** up and i'm back in action :D
