Bounced off the rev in 5th with the LX motor and modded trans.....so about 160mph and bounced it in 5th with the GTR so that's about the same maybe a hair more. Only difference between the 2 was the GTR got up there alot faster.1991 Mazda 323 GTR Sedan

dx, it suprised the hell out of me. it was draging ass but i got there. it was still pulling, but i wasnt on a highway and the road started to curve so i slowed down, it had potential to suck pretty bad. that is also the only time ive had it up that fast, im sure it would be easy to peg it out with no passengers...ZOOM~ZOOM~

hye guys lets face it our car are not aerodynamically effecient. now there are 2 key things to achieving a top speed, power and efficency.
efficeny in aerodaynamics is a key. somehting out cars are not very sufficent in.
power, now at 103bhp, i am seriously doubting some of the claims of the SOHC guys. at 190kmh out cars no longer have the gearing to put down the power to overcome the drag,rolling resistance and the ~17% loss in the drivetrain does not help.
now please i know the difference between BS and not. amd i am tired of calling BS and this tread is really dumb
