It should be fairly doable. I'd just set it up like a auto to manual swap.
You can get the auto park/neutral switch so it starts. Or just look up the auto to manual conversion wiring. Its just two heavy guage wires that you splice together so the car will start.
Anyone remember if a manual ecu will plug into a auto harness (in the car)? The auto are 3 plugs at the ecu instead of just 2.Comment
