    New Mazda/Protege Owner Needing Serious Help

    Hey there I have a 91 Protege LX. I need your help to find the piece (or exact name of the pieces) that tightens up belt on the power steering pump. I got the pump itself the hoses the belt and mounting bracket I just don't know what parts (looks like a piece is missing on slot from the arm from the mount) I need or what to do to tighten the belt the manual doesn't help. New Mazda guy here so help me out to be able to see the joys of Proteges even first gens like I got.

    your best bet is to hit up the junkyard and pull one, they are the same for all the 90-94 motors so you should have no issue finding one

      Already Tried That :/

      Ya I went to all junk yards within a 25 mile radius and none had any 90-94s but one did but the next morning that I came to start pulling stuff they crushed it. So what else can be done so I can have the car running on the road? And didn't mean to again I'm real new to this site sorry.
