To tint or not to tint

Hey I just want to get every ones opinion on tinting tail lights and head lights and for head lights what color or if you think it looks bad say so??

depends on the color of your car..usually i like the look, but be aware of the law, there's a certain % that is too dark...here cops pretty much pick however they want to and just give you a ticket

Tinting headlights is VERY illegal in Ontario.

Tinting tails is different. It's based on visibilty from XX distance. Check the O'Reg 611 on the actual distance.
That being siad. Get the tails tinted at a Body Shop that does real smoke clear coating. NOT the "Nightshades" that goes purple and starts turning to dust slowly.

You will be much much happier you did and you will have proper light diffusion

yea i dont like to dark i just repaired a set off tails lights that got tinted BLACKK ..... and this is gona be for a race car and for color i think im gona paint it lime green not sure yet... and i just wanted to know what people think about them

i think the lightly tinted taillights look way good.
i dont like tinted headlight just cause of safety... but if for a race car i guess it wouldn't matter

nightshades works great. when installed correctly, like any other kind of paint.

yea im in the auto body and paint program at my college and everything... i mean everything needs to be prepped and cleaned right or there's not much point in even doing it cause it'll more than likely need to be redone or look like crap.
try to find a plastic cleaner made for paint prepping
