I read on rx7 club that the only difference between the b and a codes is that the a code has a stiffer spring.
bp swapped escort lx, gtr ecu, gtr intake manifold, A code VAF, rx7 460cc injectors, ky clutch, holset hy35 turbo on 8lbs, 38mm tial wastegate, ramhorn manifold, full 3 inch ss exhaust, walbro 255 fuel pump

I dunno about that. No amount of tuning could get the B-code to idle/cruise right, and the A-code has been perfect.

I figured out that the rear spoiler from a saab 900 makes a decent duckbill lip when turned around and held up to a 323 front bumper. I don't know it would be attached (maybe 3m double sided tape?), but I think it looks pretty good. It's not a perfect fit, but I think it can be pretty good with a little work. Here are a few pics. Sorry for the lousy quality. I think my camera is starting to fail. Oh, and the spoiler is made of a rubber or foam, and it can bend to fit the bumper pretty easily. I just couldn't hold it in place and take pics at the same time.

It is screwed down in a few places, and is also held on by double sided tape, iirc.

ps if your advice is along the lines of "less boost" / "smaller turbo" / "go megasquirt" save yourself the trouble and save me the effort of typing out "go **** yourself"
U code Vaf's have a spring loaded adjustment screw through the side of them. it acts as a multi function bit & could be highly benifical to your issue. i believe the thread pitch is M10x 1
                  look into it.......

that's to keep from hitting fuel cut when doing half-ass tuning, F2T nerds do that **** all the time.
                  that is 300% rumored heresay
putting a stopper & cranking it down to try & stop boost cut will not work. why people would use that method is beyond me.
as i noted tho. the U code vaf bolt thing actually utilizes a spring loaded bit.
